Important Booking Information & Terms of Business
- Clear Pre-Agreed Pricing: All pricing is agreed upon in writing before any engineer attends your site.
- Payment Terms: All accounts are subject to 14-day payment terms from the date of invoice (unless alternative terms are agreed in writing).
- Late Payment Policy: In the event of non-payment by the due date, MES PAT Testing LTD reserves the right to charge a late payment fee of £60 (applied at management's discretion).
- Site Access & Aborted Visits: MES PAT Testing LTD reserves the right to levy a £60 site charge if an engineer attends site and is turned away, refused entry, or otherwise prevented from carrying out scheduled works to cover travel and time costs.
- VAT & Zone Charges: All prices are exclusive of VAT, which will be added to the final invoice. ULEZ and Congestion Zone charges will be added where applicable.
- Release of Documentation: Compliance certificates, asset reports, and microwave reports (if applicable) are included. However, MES PAT Testing LTD reserves the right to withhold all reports and certificates until full payment has cleared. Documents will be dispatched within 24 hours of cleared funds.
- GDPR & Data Policy: Your details are held securely on file for 12 months. If you rebook within this period, data is retained for ongoing account management. If you do not rebook, your data will be permanently removed 30 days after your due re-test date. You may also request data deletion in writing at any time.
